Art322 Digital Concept: Motion Project III

By in Students Work on February 1, 2020

Abstract Animation – Create a short animation using After Effects and Photoshop (30 seconds – 1 Minute) that must utilize the animation concepts morphing, anticipation, follow-through, weight, and squash & stretch. You will be assigned four geometric shapes to work with: circle, rectangle, triangle, and line. This limitation is meant for you to focus your creative attention on the possibilities of movement, scale, transformation, and multiplicity of the shapes you are given. If you wish you may include a combination of frame-by-frame (photoshop) and keyframed animation (After Effects). The sound is optional. The animation must include a title and credits and be rendered as a .mov file using h.264 compression, 1920 x 1080 resolution, and 24 fps
